4. Payments
All payments must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.
We accept payments via mobile banking, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods displayed at checkout.
TrendyStepBD is not responsible for any payment issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Inside Dhaka, standard delivery is usually within 1–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka, delivery may take 3–7 working days.
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
If your order is delayed, please contact us via phone or email.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Customers can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the product if:
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product or size was delivered.
To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refunds will be processed only after product verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information (name, address, phone, and email) is used solely for order processing and communication.
We do not share or sell customer data to any third party.
