Delivery Zones, Estimates & Charges
We keep shipping simple and transparent. Delivery time estimates start after your order is processed (processing time: 1 business day unless otherwise noted).

Free shipping: Orders over Tk 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery inside Dhaka city. (Thresholds can be adjusted per sale/season.)
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available — extra COD fee Tk 40 applies.
How We Calculate Delivery (weight & zone example)
We use a simple formula so customers can predict charges:
Delivery charge = Base charge by zone + (Per-kg rate × weight)
Suggested per-kg rate: Tk 20 per kg (applies to products heavier than 1 kg or when combined cart weight exceeds 1 kg).
Example:
Order to Dhaka city, cart weight 2.5 kg → base Tk 80 + ceil(2.5)×Tk 20 = 80 + 3×20 = Tk 140.
(If you prefer simpler flat rates for each zone, remove the per-kg add-on — I left both options so you can choose.)
Processing & Tracking
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (BST) are usually processed the same day; after that they’ll be processed next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and an SMS update when your order ships.

Delivery Failures, Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, courier may attempt a second delivery or return the package to our warehouse. Extra re-delivery charge may apply.
Please provide a reachable phone number & correct address to avoid delays.
Pickup & Local Delivery
Local same-day or next-day delivery inside Dhanmondi may be available for urgent orders — call 01642-365564 to request.
In-store pickup: free. Bring order confirmation or show ID.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (short)
Damaged/defective items: inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.
Size/exchange: exchange allowed within 7 days (item must be unused & tags attached). Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refunds processed after we receive and inspect the returned item; time to credit depends on payment method/bank.
